Valken Metal Birdcage Flash Hider (14mm -)

If you are looking for a more realistic look, these metal birdcage style flash hiders are great.  They will fit most guns with a 14mm negative thread (which is the majority of airsoft guns).  Do note, removing your orange tip in most cases will void you warranty.
